I am a recovering addict. I have been clean since 2010. Honestly "His Will" & "His Strength" has to be built on the inside outward. The drive has to come from him, not family. He has to want it more than he's ever wanted anything in his life because addiction is one of the hardest battles he will ever fight. Honestly no remedies or meds would have ever helped me if I was not ready & at the bottom. As a mom of 2 teenage sons, I know how hard this might be for you & my heart truly goes out to you.I can't even imagine the heartbreak you must feel. If he's into spirituality, maybe think about getting involved in a group meditation class or if he's not ready to be social, he can start with spiritual videos online or spiritual books if he's into reading. Honestly meditation saved me. It's gonna be hard but he's gotta go inward & understand what is causing him to be an addict because really what addiction is, is escapism. Much love to you♥️. I hope he can conquer this beast we call addiction
