Is it a subconscious fear or premonition?💭

Have you ever had a dream that just felt a little too real or perhaps one that seemed like your worst nightmare?

Most of the time, our dreams are just ways for us to work through whatever is going on in our subconscious mind or let go of any fears we are holding onto. However, there are some ways to tell if your dream may be more than just a dream and actually a premonition.

💫 I know this is probably a long shot but I at least wanted to throw the idea out there. I'm sure a lot of us are in different time zones so it would take some planning buy what are the chances we could pick a date and time and do a LIVE meditation with Jason? We need to raise the vibration of the collective and by us doing it together that should show our love as well ❤️
