Different griefs for different situations. I operated in complicated grief for 4½ years. Today I am in active therapy and do 2-3 sessions a week.. does anybody else suffer with grief?? I lost my momma from a fyntanyl overdose in 2016. She died in my arms and suffocated on her puke.. it took meet you a whole different dimension where reality seems very strange and unreal following a severe depression and anxiety for 4½ years now but I'm finally coming out of it thanks to MDMR therapy sessions with my great therapist. Anyone else struggling with greif??

Early morning chit chats with THE BIRDS!! Not the greatest content..

So kind of strange but my last few meditations I have been going into this fuzzy state of being where I'm borderline asleep and still conscious and I keep seeing people walking or people's faces like I just did a meditation and when I go into this state of being I seen three people (woman) walking past me with dresses and high heels walking on a tile floor(I could hear there heels clicking the floor).. I had another meditation where I seen two African-American women one older and one younger with poofy fizzy hair (as they were walking up a set of stairs to a home??) but literally the one I just did I could see the people walking past me like I was there with them and I'm just trying to figure out what is happening when this happens to me..? Can anybody shed light on what's going on in my meditations? Am I seeing people somewhere else or am I hacking into a parallel reality? It's pretty amazing but idk what I'm experiencing.. should I try to communicate with these people?? Anybody that can shed light on this I will be sincerely grateful!! 💯 🫶🏽💫🧘🏽‍♂️

Which is worse, being blunt and rude to people who endanger others, or the behaviors and actions by those who endanger others? Is it always necessary to be a polite spiritual person? Are we required to let others trample all over our rights and freedoms? Are we guilty people for speaking out strongly, or are evil actions much worse than strong words?

Do our members of Congress or the Department of Justice ever plan to hold all those involved, or even half of those involved in the death jab rollout accountable? No, the bought-and-paid for self-serving, self-absorbed narcissists are complicit.
