Using the App
1. Update App
Check Subscription:
-Android: Play Store >Subscriptions
-iOS: Settings >Apple ID Subscriptions
-Website: Check access for user
Check User Account in your Dashboard:
-If User has an Account & Active Subscription: Sign-In
-If No Account & Subscription purchased in Android/iOS: Restore Purchase
Manually Update App:
-Android: Play Store >Menu >My Apps
-iOS: App Store >Search by Name
2. Sign-In & Access Content
If you have a subscription, Sign-In to Your Account:
-Welcome Screen: >Already a Subscriber >Sign In
-Home Page: >User Icon >Sign In to Your Account
If a user does not remember their login:
-Tap Forgot Password? >Enter email >Send Instructions
-If correct: Check your Mailbox. Reset password, then Sign-In.
-If incorrect: We can't find this email. Enter emails until you find correct one.
End Users have the ability to sign-up and purchase access on your website, then use those credentials to Sign-In to the apps and access their content. If you offer an In-App Purchase, users also have the option to conveniently Join Now and Purchase a Subscription in the apps.
Sign-In:
(Sign-In Only or In-App Purchase)
-Go to Account and tap Sign-In.
-Enter Login Credentials (email/password) created on the website, then Continue.
Join Now, Purchase Subscription, & Create Account
(In-App Purchase Only)
-Go to Account and tap Join Now (you way also Join Now when trying to view a subscription only video)
Choose Your Plan
-Select the desired plan. This may be a monthly or yearly plan.
Continue to Checkout
-Review the information and Complete
-Your device may prompt you to confirm the payment and Subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple or
Google Play Account
-When prompted, enter Email, Name, and select a Password
-Enjoy your new subscription.
Restore In-App Purchase
If a user has an Active In-App Subscription purchased on their device, they can Restore Purchase to reactivate access.
-Check Subscription on your device; note email used for that account.
-If subscription is active, follow steps below to Restore Purchase.
Android: Google Play app >Menu >Subscriptions.
iOS: Device Settings >Your Name >Subscriptions.
Roku: Using remote >select channel >press star button.
Users can manage In-App Subscriptions in device/account settings including:
View Subscription: Receipt for payment, date trial ends, next payment date
Cancel Subscription: You must cancel where subscription was purchased
Restore Purchase: User has active In-App Subscription but can't access content
Request a Refund: User wants a refund for In-App Subscription
If the subscription originated through an app purchase, you must cancel it through the app from which you purchased (ie Apple Pay or Google Play Store). Canceling an in-app purchase via the website will not cancel app-based membership plans. The website administrator cannot cancel it for you if you purchased through an app
-View or Cancel In-App Subscription: Google; Apple; Amazon; Roku
-Request a Refund: Google Refund; Apple Refund; Amazon Refund; Roku Refund
-Restore Purchase: Android & iOS: Restore Purchase
