Get the Most From Your Membership

Using the Site

You can upload an avatar image to your account, which will appear alongside your name on comments you make on videos and collections. The website’s admin will also see your avatar in your account.

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

  2. On the Profile tab, click on the camera icon. Select an image that meets the recommended dimensions (200x200)

  3. Scroll down and click Save Changes to save the uploaded image.

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it on the website.

To reset your password:

  1. Click on the Sign In button on the main page.

  2. While on the sign-in page, click on Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your email address and click Send Instructions

  4. A confirmation will appear that the reset email has been sent

  5. Go to your email and click on the Reset password link provided in the reset email

  6. Enter your new password and click Change Password

  7. A confirmation message will appear, and you will be automatically redirected to the home page to log in

NOTE: You cannot reset your password via apps. You should first reset it on the website then the changes will be applied to app log-in credentials.

If you have changed your email or name and want to update it, you can easily update it on the website.

  1. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Icon button on the top right at the header and then Dashboard.

  2. Under the Profile tab, you can update your Email and Full Name whenever you need to. After making the changes, click on Save Changes.

If you want to quickly find the videos you watch frequently, you can mark those videos as Favorites. Once you mark them, a Favorites category will appear at the top of the catalog page.

To add the video to favorites, click on Add to Favorites below the video player.


You can favorite an entire collection to keep it in the Favorites category or you can favorite an individual video within that collection.

On the collection page, navigate to the Add Collection To Favorites button to favorite an entire collection.

To favorite only an individual video within a collection, go to the collection page, click on the video you want to favorite, then click the Add to Favorites button under the video's player.

To cancel a subscription, you must access the website if you fulfilled a payment on the website.


If the subscription originated through an app purchase, you must cancel it through the app from which you purchased (ie Apple Pay or Google Play Store). Canceling an in-app purchase via the website will not cancel app-based membership plans. The website administrator cannot cancel it for you if you purchased through an app.


To cancel a web subscription:


  1. Log in to your account and click on Dashboard (located within a drop-down menu underneath your profile picture)

  2. From the dashboard, click on the Purchases tab

  3. Click Cancel Membership below your active plan

  4. When the pop-up appears, click on Cancel My Membership

  5. Once you've completed these steps, the subscription will be officially canceled, and you will not be charged for the subscription in the future. Note: You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle

In compliance with GDPR, you can remove your payment details at any time. To remove payment details, you will need to be logged in on the website to access the billing information. To remove your payment details: Log in and navigate to the Dashboard
You can easily update your billing information on the website. If your card has expired, you should first remove your payment details, then update your billing information. To update your billing information: Log in on the website and navigate to the Dashboard
You can unsubscribe from some email communications that you no longer want to receive. To unsubscribe from Content Release Notifications, Marketing Mailers, or other types of emails, you will need to click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you received. The unsubscribe link will only appear on emails that you can unsubscribe from and will not be visible on necessary emails (e.g., order confirmations). NOTE: Once you have unsubscribed from the content release, marketing, and drip emails, you will not be able to resubscribe to them with the same email address/account.
While viewing videos, you have the option to speed up or slow down what you are watching. The speeds will vary from 0.25x slower or up to 2x faster. To change the video speed, navigate to the player and locate the gear icon > click on Playback Rate > select the desired speed. Selected video speed will apply to the video when the play button is clicked.
By default, autoplay will be turned on for videos and collections. You can choose to turn off autoplay by using the Autoplay toggle under the video player. Turning it off is especially useful for videos that end in a quiet or reflective state. The autoplay setting you selected will remain until your browser cache has been cleared.
If you're viewing videos that have playback or quality issues, you might need to readjust and set the video quality for a smoother experience. To set the video quality: Navigate to the video player and click on the gear icon Then click on Quality. Set the quality to Auto or select a specific quality setting. The selected quality will apply to all videos viewed until the browser cache is cleared. NOTE: By default, when watching videos with Safari (iOS), the stream is played through Safari Native Player. This means that HLS playback itself is handled directly by Safari and not by our player. Safari Native Player does not support Media Source Extension (MSE) and this is why when you use Safari, you will not be able to change the video quality manually.
To update your password on our website: Log in to your account and click on Dashboard (located within a drop-down menu underneath your profile picture) Scroll down and click the Change Password button (located within the "My Private Info" box) You will be required to enter your current password along with your new password. Once complete, click Save Changes
