We do! We have a grounding/earthing mat on all of our beds and even our mattress in our tent! Highly recommend :). We also wear shoes that are grounded.

And yesterday I received my universal grounding mats (2) and used one last night, under my feet in bed. Wow...I had deeeep sleep. Can't wait to sleep tonight with the mat again. Yes, my mattress mat is under my bottom sheet and the mat is on top of the sheet, directly under my feet.
