For the last 12 months, every Saturday and Sunday I would take my mother to a holistic health appointment and then to a beach afterwards. Recently I had to take her to the ER for pneumonia and bad mucus in my mom's lungs. She was struggling in the hospital for a week while getting antibiotics and oxygen.

She now has needed to be on oxygen 24/7 while home in her apartment. I was worried that I would no longer be able to take her to the beach to get her vitamin D sunshine, because she really enjoys the beach. Luckily I was able to find an oxygen tank holder for her wheelchair. So we still go to the beach each weekend.
