this desire? Celebrate and write down what you NOTICE, and then ask yourself

what can you do to let those fears calm?

Energy Check: Am I ready to proceed toward this change or do I need some deeper

healing/release or support before I do?

Be bold, be curious, and have fun with it.

See it as a game and an experiment, and that will help take some of the weight or

pressure out of it.
