I think Bashar mentioned something like this in the documentary first Contact but I think this is so true and this happens to me all the time. It literally happened to me the other day and I was about to call my sister and as soon as I pick up my phone, boom, there she is calling me. And it is happened like that vice versa all throughout my life.. we are able to access telepathy but have not been taught or shown how to use these gifts. But this is part of our Evolution and being a human.
