Lots of crazy stuff happening to me at the moment, anyone else?
So multiple times throughout my usual day iv got like a high pitch very low sounding frequency ringing in my ear and at the same time I’m having pins n needles in my forehead and scalp - that’s the first thing it’s happened for months I only just noticed the two things when I was sat with my daughter asleep in my arms.
Second thing is and it’s quite funny because I’m so clumsy and I knock things over A LOT but no sooner this happens I catch whatever it is before it falls/smashes/spills… like lightening fast reflexes!! Does this mean anything?

Secondly, I really struggle to meditate as I have a baby and two other kids so I am shattered by the time they’re all asleep but I need to start making time to do it daily.. but the thing I find difficult is visualising so if anyone has any advice I would be so super grateful!
