Wow, where do I begin? The Dulce Papers from the Dulce base is idk.... I am speechless at this point. I am not saying that I am surprised, because obviously nothing surprises me anymore. I just am in shock, and I have seen some footage that was taken from within the underground multi-level tunnel system. I haven't done a full dive on its credibility just yet however it resonates as being real footage. OMG eww and yuck, etc. 

These "human/half-human/non-human/alien/ET" entities are beyond sadistic as well as those working with them, and they are doing the most horrific acts. This tops the cake with the crazy shit I have seen so far. SERIOUSLY.
