The Hawaii fires were deliberately set using Directed Energy Weapons in order to usher in Smart Cities and to create a Smart Island. They were planning on implementing a Chinese style "social credit score" system of tyrannical control. It appears to have failed. Who was in on it in our government? What about the military industrial complex?
