The Sun Has Shifted - Visual Documentation For the past three months, I've been photographing the sunset from my home in Haifa, Israel. There is a palm tree directly in front of my balcony, which serves as a fixed reference point. What I began to notice was shocking: the sun has drifted away from its original setting point above the Carmel Ridge, toward the cranes of Haifa Port - and now, since early May, it has shifted even further north.
