We agree - connecting with the truth of your own soul is imperative! 

We would take it a step further and say "Be aware of WHY you think what you think, say what you say, and do what you do", for it is the motivation of action that resides in the unconscious, not the action itself. ✨

The foundation to "making conscious that which is unconscious" is through developing the skill of self-reflection. If you can honestly acknowledge your own beliefs, habits, and behaviors (along with the consequences each has on both yourself and other people!), then you're well on your way. 🫡
