Hi Oswald 👋 It may be helpful to consider that Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) technology works by sending signals (mainly acoustic radiation with low levels of electromagnetic radiation) into the inner ear to counteract external noise. This can irritate a pre-existing condition of tinnitus by increasing the sensitivity of those nerves. Limiting your use may give you some reprieve!

Hi Renee 👋 It sounds like you might be experiencing tinnitus, which is usually caused by inflammation of the inner ear and can be triggered by many different things (ie viral or bacterial infection, mycotoxin exposure, EMFs, concussion, loud music, etc.).
