The Prophecies of Nostradamus: A Warning for Modern Times? ⚠️

As Catholics around the world mourn the death of Pope Francis who passed away on Easter Monday, astrologists are claiming that Nostradamus made a prediction about his death which suggested the Catholic church's standing in the world could be significantly weakened. Writing in Les Prophéties in 1555, French astrologer Michel de Nostredame issued a number of grim prophecies for the future of humanity including wars, natural disasters and the return of the plague.

Why Healing Trauma Makes Us Better Parents 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

Breaking generational trauma starts with our own healing—acknowledging past wounds, understanding their impact, and actively working to unlearn harmful patterns.

Studies show that adults who have recognized the effect of trauma in their own lives are calmer and more mindful in the face of children’s challenging behaviors. Instead of: “Why is my child behaving this way?” we’re able to stay present, grounded, and ask ourselves, “Why am I feeling so overwhelmed or triggered by this?”

There is a creative exercise that will help you not only find clues about your childhood and lifelong wounds and how they’ve affected you, but also understand how they’ve helped you grow in unexpected ways (like a 🌳) and how you can continue that growth now.
