This exciting update introduces the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025–2030, the most significant revision in decades. Built on clear, science-based guidance, the new approach encourages people to enjoy nutrient-dense, whole foods like lean proteins, wholesome dairy, colorful fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, and whole grains—while minimizing highly processed foods, added sugars, and refined carbs.
