Making sure I start each day with prayer and meditation.

Forgiving myself and any other that comes into my conscious mind. Abiding in the presence of the ONE, knowing that I AM Love is with me giving me guidance, inspiration and the strength of Will and body to carry out my portion of that guidance.

Be encouraged, courageous and full of light and love.

Reach out for help, ask for what is needed to maintain the peace we require in such times and that peace which we can share with one another. Abide in the ONE POWER.

At this time in my life, retired, in good health, living as frugally as possible, so much change in our country since I was a child……..Divine presence, within calms me and helps me focus and have intention in my actions.

Have a blessed day any who pass this way even briefly!❤️

Be safe Ivory!

This is an extremely good interview Ivory. Thank you for bringing Dr. Setts to our attention. He represents a clear and honest approach to the problem of evaluating the INFORMATION choices every adult is given on a daily basis AND the RESPONSIBILITY each of us bear as a result of our choices(whether we are conscious or unconscious as WE MAKE EACH CHOICE.

Thank you for presenting an objective opportunity for your audience….. maybe others will make some comments that reveal coherent processing of at least this bit of information.

God Bless your coherent efforts going forward Ivory.

The insight or haha moment in that video was not for entertainment purposes…… it involved seeing at a different level WHILE BEING TREATED WITH RESPECT AND CONCERN….. regarding long held emotional “stuff”!

It was very positive and not traumatic. It took courage for that woman to do it publicly as well. I for one appreciate that and I am sure all those who benefitted from it do too.

I liked this article and think it has merit for other group settings but the roles might be difficult to identify.

My life has several groups in it that I only partially play a role within BECAUSE the conversations often become hijacked by attention getting story tellers who constantly repeat the same or very similar story. Finding authentic, fearless conversationalists is the role I have embraced for a while now and it requires faith and perseverance and courage. SMILE!!!!
