Great question for Ray. I watched a recent interview that Kerry Cassidy did with her which left me with the impression that she is a disinformation agent so love to hear Ray's perspective.

We all leave our bodies every night so it's a matter of setting the intent before sleep to start.  It happens with everyone nightly. The challenge is to be aware of the experience. These practices boil down to focused intent.  It may help to be in more natural environment. Volcano energy is a pure fire energy, so hard not to be aware if you're sensitive. H.A.A.R.P. isn't helping as it's frequency is unnatural.

Having read the Pyramid Code,  and viewed all of Ray's posted conversations with Jason, I'm left with a warm, fuzzy feeling. I remember, not Ray's experiences, but something else that fills me with love. I too am grateful for Ray sharing his memories as well as his risks so am thankful he chose to remain private. I wish we could on this channel.
