All 6 are very interesting I'm so new to all this I don't know where or how to begin also I wanted to choose EES but I hit karma it's something trying to tell me something but as I said I'm so new all this I don't know where to begin or what to do to begin I'm very open to learning yeah but retaining what I learned is another problem I am stage 4 COPD which takes most of my focus just to breathe and then trying to remember what I've learned is another problem because not getting enough oxygen into my body is very detrimental to not being able to remember things so I'm here open to any help
