I am not sure. I downloaded the book for free off Jason's website and it is on YouTube in an audio form.

The book IS 864 pages but Ray only released 264 pages so far. Ray said if all the pages were released it would identify him and some others and possibly put loved ones in danger.

365/13 =28 makes sense. 

In the video Codes of Creation, Jason mentioned how he was trying to do something rocket lauch with Virgin so that he'd be able to view the Earth from above. The deal fell through. I'm sure he'll find a different solution.
