Clothes restrict energy. And we were born naked what's tge big deal. When you are doing this stuff you are not looking at their pickle... clothes can hinder energy and your focus. And get in the way. And Ray isn't crazy I understand perfe try what hhe is saying and how he's explaining and I don't know them or TLS.

Is there jewelry that the other that you communicate with have jewelry for us to help. It seems like most of the ppl in the have money and we the more common who are trying to stay afloat don't. That's why I'm asking and to help with communication and healing. I've talked to them everyday it seems and nothing. But that's been my whole life. I figures it could hurt to ask. Like a necklace or ring. I've been told they hear us when we talk to them I guess a token would be nice to know ... iidk.... maybe if where I was told I come from isn't good idk but I know it's a dien star and I know the name I was called by if the reading is true and I hope it is,to know for a fact would be great ,, much love and light.

Wow Hearing you 2 and what you went through made me remember when I was a baby not being able to walk . Mom would set me on the bed and I would watch her walking around waiting for daddy to come see us and not knowing really who that was and then hearing them fight all my life and not having Noone to raise me I had to get myself ready in 4 -5 grade I can't remember and earlier but the parting and fighting and friends over and I had no one to really raise me. And always begging for someone to please come help me even now. I have spinal pain and nerve damage and bladder issues and alot more and nnoone to really help not even my husband and trying to raise my grandson but not what he needs. If I could just like so many would say I ask you to come in of my free will.

I didn't know an awakening had started except for being sick and having to stop myself from being to a place where a video was being filmed and I see what all is going on and if protected..... having a weird time with that and that is new and odd...idk

Is it possible to get pulled to a place in a video or at the time of video even though it's not happening like going back in time when it was being filmed and can tell about the area? And kinda room and know it's protected because you can and can't see it..?

So on this earth we have what we've thought if as spirits or ghost? Are they a soul instead of a ghost like coming here in a spirit lesson???

Amanda Eastridge meditation that is the first step. It was hard for me I have a squirrel mind. All over the place and all at once so to stop my mind was hard. But it can be done.. for me it was that. I'm not as far ahead as alot here so they may now different but try that 15 to so mins a day naked or light clothes so u have no distraction... itchy or tight clothes. And I sat with uniodized salt because you kinda open up and it's like trying to keep you safe.
