Amber siebenaler I would do even better, look up reiki meditation..also start learning about chakras. And practice working on your emotions and feeling them in your chakras. Make sure to do the breathing..when you breath in feel the vibration from below your spine fluids going up then breath out. When you your pinal gland you will feel it.
