Make sure to do the breathing..when you breath in feel the vibration from below your spine fluids going up then breath out. When you your pinal gland you will feel it.

Amber siebenaler it is better to be with the person..i do not believe doing it over technology..and there are a lot more to it then everyone is saying. Meaning the energy in us and the foods have a big part to us.

You want your children to be free and heal them selfs. As a parent we need to teach our children about there emotions, teach them the right way on how to handle there emotions. Always love them, teach them right from wrong. Teach them how to grow and take of gardens. Teach them about animals and how to take care of them. Teach them about sounds and vibrations, chakras and colors. Teach them to practice there energy inside of them using the chakras. Make sure they also are using there emotions at the same time as well with the sound waves. Make sure to feed them the correct foods based on there allergies. Let them use all five of there senses. Teach them about spiritual healing. How to love with there heart. Each emotions, vibrations, colors, energy inside us all and food. Will help heal our body’s..
