I have trauma in each category. I've come to realize that trauma is a blocker but there is also always a lesson learned from it as well so being optimistic about things like this gives ypu the power to gain wisdom and incite. #655321 wholesome foods are basically foods that haven't been poisoned with cancer by our tyrannical government.. literally just about everything is poison β Ray talks about in one of tge very first disclosure videos. He said basically everything Is poison and to get wholesome foods or foods that won't poison you and that you can do so on an affordable budget. Also you can grow your own food. That's your best bet for real. Mind as well get started early because we're going to be growing outr food anyways very soon. But if you grow your food you know it's just food..nothing else..no additives or cancer or any other cancerous and poisonous chemicals or ingredients.
