Whatever you do.. or don't do.. do not be scared or share any type of negativity. Surround yourself with positivity and love. Do you have to sit there for 3 hours and tell yourself that you love yourself repeatedly over and over again in order to get in that right frame of reality then that's what you have to do.. it's not easy but it's only as hard as you make it. All their power away and they will have no residents within your reality any longer but after you do this you have to believe that it worked and you have to believe that the spirit is gone and that the spirit will and cannot affect you anymore and that you are safe and that you are strong and beautiful and worth it and strong and beautiful and smart and worth it and that you can do anything in the world if you put your mind to it. But basically focusing on that inner and higher self while connecting to your Spirit guides and channeling all that energy into something positive is literally the best spiritual weapon that you can use again these things let me know how it goes though if you do this or if you still need help. Whenever I do these meditations I visualize energy coming out of my body or I pull energy in from something else and then I move it around almost like Dragon Ball Z Super Saiyan Goku type shit.. LBVS!! Wow but basically what you're going to do is love the spirits or entities away because they absolutely cannot stand love light or positivity and they feed off of negative or lower frequencies and vibrations and they do so by like you said trying to connect to your energy field or your higher self and your soul so this is the way to do it.. hijack the energy field and blow it all away with the strongest and deepest love and light that you can ever imagine and I promise you they will leave you alone.. you will take

baby dragon I'm helping you process the experience because it is frankly quite terrifying.. I trembled at time within my personal experience but the more I acknowledged it the bigger and stronger it grew. The more darkness I let into my vision the darker my thoughts and vibrations became. You have to use the power of your higher self, your spirit guides, your conscience and lastly your physical brain. Try to do a meditation and connect to a positive entity.. think with your emotions though.. not your human brain. When your sending out an SOS to your spirit guides they can understand and feel your energetic frequency with your emotions and intentions. But you have to dig deep and activate that inner self.. the spirtual beast and then channel all of that positive mercy you pull in from the energetic field and push it or throw it or slam it against these spirits with your emotions..here's the kicker.. when your throwing these powerful emotional vibrations you must send these energies and

baby dragon we must switch your perception & help you to understand on a spiritual level what is going on because it sounds like this is a spirit to Spirit battle you are dealing with & that can be tricky because your soul is battling with it all day while your physical body attends physical reality but we can cross over to that side of reality & change the whole situation by changing the way you are thinking about it. Perception is like a nuclear bomb to these negative entities. It's actually quite simple.. If you believe that it is there doing things to you for negative reasons. THEN IT IS!

if you believe the being is going to harm you. THEN IT WILL! If you believe that it is a dark spirit then. IT IS!! if you believe that you are scared of these things.. THEN YOU WILL BE!! if you believe it is a dark spirit THAN IT IS!! If you think there's nothing you can do to help yourself... THEN THERE WILL BE NO WAY FOR YOU TO HELP YOURSELF!! Whatever you believe Is what you will experience.

I have dealt with negative and malevolent entities and I actually still deal with them almost on a day-to-day basis and have come to a profound epiphany as to how to deal with them and what perception and angle you should take when dealing with these entities, spirits and malevolent beings. You have to give me more specifics though.. are you seeing the creatures or are you hearing them or are they coming to you in your dreams or do you just feel them around you? I can definitely help you through this but I need to know exactly what's going on.. especially in your head. What is your perception on the situation you are dealing with right now? Your true authentic perception of what you in all actuality think the entity wants with you and what it's agenda is or endgame.
