I don't think you have all the facts straight. You never know until you have lived in someone else shoes and I am Canadian . I don't bend over backwards for anyone that is trying to cause me harm! And that you don't think we have firearms and people don't get shot here!?! We are more peaceful but the streets are the streets and shit gets just as bad as anywhere else. Ask me!
