As far as the vaccines go, my thoughts go straight to the Mercury or amount of Mercury used in the immunizations. Expescially the ones given in infancy.

Personally I have issues with Facebook, Instagram, an tic TOC is the worst of em all. Snap I use for their camera. I've resorted to threads which so far so good and this streaming app Unifyd has taught me about the current events today and the spiritual aspect to the universe. The community and live question n answers seem to be secure as well.
