Perceptions, fear based beliefs, limiting based beliefs all stand in your way but as you move through them by step by step you will eventually reach the top and the false beliefs will subside and eventually dissipate. I've been practicing by writing all mine down and then just going through them. Until you actually think about it you would have absolutely no idea how many false belief systems we truly have.. it's fucm8ng crazy.
