I feel like we have put ourselves under spells unknowingly or unwittingly but this is what we do.. us spiritual people.. we break the Spells and tear down old houses (belief systems) and construct new projects of beauty, light and pride for the positive side of our existence and our reality.

You know this goes back and forth because I am sensitive to all types of energy and when I'm going through something and I try to bring it to somebody they get offended or they get scared of the energy or emotions and thoughts that I am transferring to them but how in the hell are you supposed to help somebody if you're afraid to even open up and learn about what's going on spiritually and emotionally with the individual? I guess people that are spiritually insecure cannot take the negative with the positive. Well I guess I'm one of the rare breeds that can take negative with the positive and help you pick out the disease and cancers of your spiritual self. I feel like there is a balance but you can't just not fuck with somebody because they are experiencing negativity in their spirituality.. and if you can't be around that it's because you're insecure of your own spirituality.

Acceptance

I saw this and thought to myself.. everything happens with for reason because it is supposed to and I need to trust that. PERIOD!!!

Just did EMDR today with my therapist.. I would say 90% to 95% of my paranoia has diminished! It was a great breakthrough today.
