Don’t know if the is new or something thats been around for a wile but last night i saw on glar add on fb were you touch your thrum to your finger so i tryed my version of it i put my thrum to the second finger from thrum put the right on my forehead and the left one on my stomach done that for an houre today i can breath a lot easier was thinking of giveing up smokeing but now i dont think so not letting the government win the body gets hot doing it but today my breathing feels a lot better dont get so puffed when working and it was only a short time i do do a lot of putting my thrum on all my fingers its sort of a bordum thing from one finger to another and repeating for a wile i dont go looking for things things come to me
