I have really been connecting with my quartz crystal that was given to me as a gift from a guru I am acquainted with, and I have been connecting with it and talking to it telepathically asking if for help and showing it love and the other day I had a screaming headache so I grabbed my crystal and I talked to it and I said," please help me with this pain" and I visualized and put the crystal on both side of my temples and visualized the crystal pulling the pain out and within 5 to 10 minutes my headache was gone! Crystals hold more mystical properties and powers than most realize!! I highly suggest getting yourself some type of crystal and using it with a spirtual context and not just for looks or show...it's been allowing me to delve deeper and deeper into my meditation and visualization!!
