Remembering that and exercising it into your busy daily lives can seem dauntless and at times pointless but always keep in mind.. everyone has a roll to play whether that be opening the door for someone or helping an elderly woman cross the street or simply buyimg a homeless person lunch.. as long as you are loving without regret and living your best self we are going to be alright.
