I wouldn't be surprised if this criminal clown is behind the fires. Narcissist psychopaths want you to pay them a salary, to give them unlimited power over you, to praise them, to respect and to worship them... as they ruin your life. But don't complain, they are the the special ones much more important and worthy than the little peasant people who they rule over.
