Looking for insight on past life regression issue (PLR):

I'll listen to a hypnotherapy session on YouTube before bed, and it's always at the 6 minute mark where I'll "wake up" and it feels like someone was sitting on my chest and I'm gasping for air. I cannot even access it.

Now...a good friend of mine did cards on me for this. It happened to overlap with a recurring nightmare I've had since 2021 where I'm being thrown into a well by an unknown crowd in a flat lands forest. She stated that her cards said I was a witch (makes sense since I come from Thelemites and denounced it) and her intuition reading said I had put up a blockage to prevent access for some reason.

Now in THIS LIFE - I am Sikh, I follow the GGS, I left the occult years ago. Would her reading have anything to do with why access starts off like I'm being forced out? I appreciate any insight. Thank you 😖
