So i just had a download from my spirit guides and this is what they told me.. So when looking at Birth sex changes on a spiritual level is that that particular soul that reincarnated into that specific body for that specific gender is because that specific Soul has made those specific agreements before specifically reincarnating into that specific womb of that specific woman having that specific baby and then the baby itself. Whenever you change the babies sex at birth your basically disregarding what the soul truly wanted and what the soul agreed to. Specifically speaking..
