Years ago i download a music video of YouTube illegally and the police shut down my computer so i could not use it so how can hackers and scammers get into you bank account the police should be able to shut down there computers like phone scammers you should be able to block there numbers from been used in your country the banks have more sucrety from stoping you get to you money yet if somebody gets your card no surety you can wave if over the mechanical at check to pay for things all the detailed are on the card to buy over the internet so the government sees it a bigger crime me takeing $2.50 of a multi million doller compeny then they do someone takeing your life saveings
