10 minutes to reset your energy and reconnect to your center.
1. Morning Hydration:
Start your day with warm water, a squeeze of lemon, and a pinch of mineral-rich sea salt.
2. Box Breathing:
Close your eyes. Inhale deeply for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4. Repeat 5x. Anchor into an intention or affirmation as you breathe.
3. Gentle Movement:
Before starting your day, stretch your muscles, roll and hinge your joints, and jump up and down a few times. These movements release stiffness from sleep, promoting mobility and blood flow.
4. Support Your Body's Rhythm:
Give your body what it needs, whether it’s a gentle detox, immune support, gut balance, or a little extra vitamin D during these shorter winter days.
