LYON - About 800,000 people in sustainable France have no mobile phones and only limited television reception. The cause is probably an arson in a 90-meter-high communications mast in the town of Cenves not far from Lyon, broadcaster France Info reports, based on network operator TDF (TΓ©lΓ©diffusion de France).
