Nicotine gum - dangerous if used long term
I want to draw attention to a fact that I was not aware of initially. After listening to The Antidote on this platform, I started chewing nicotine gum. A relative of mine made me aware of the terrible side effects if nicotine gum (or tobacco leaves chewing) is used long term. I stopped chewing nicotine gum right away after finding out. It basically prevents oral area from getting adequate blood flow. Because it constricts the blood vessels.
