Were I am I hear a lot of people saying banks making it hard for them to get their money and saying it's for their safety yet here all the information is on the card to buy from the Internet you can just wave your card in front of the machine to buy good's no pin needed people can walk around with a micheen and take money off your wallet without you knowing yet the Banks know if it's a different computer then the one you're being using and then they should ask for verification form your phone still keep your login details for your safety they could be doing a lot more to keep us safe

Why Healing Trauma Makes Us Better Parents 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

Breaking generational trauma starts with our own healing—acknowledging past wounds, understanding their impact, and actively working to unlearn harmful patterns.

Studies show that adults who have recognized the effect of trauma in their own lives are calmer and more mindful in the face of children’s challenging behaviors. Instead of: “Why is my child behaving this way?” we’re able to stay present, grounded, and ask ourselves, “Why am I feeling so overwhelmed or triggered by this?”

There is a creative exercise that will help you not only find clues about your childhood and lifelong wounds and how they’ve affected you, but also understand how they’ve helped you grow in unexpected ways (like a 🌳) and how you can continue that growth now.

So I have dozens of Light people showering me with what looks like a a firehose of fractal light.  They run nd swim through tubes and inside and out of me.  When I get a full peripheral I can see the insides of a space ship and I'm being covered by what looks to be one of those med beds.  The Light people morph into dogs and fish and dragon/lizards as they go in and out of me.  It's a kaleidoscope of light that showers me.  They have been around me 24/7 for about 3 months now.  I haven't spoken to anyone about this as I really don't know anyone that would take me seriously.  Since this seems to be an ongoing permanent presence in my life, I'd like to speak to others at this point that know what I'm going through.  Is anyone following me here?  I'm starting to feel alone and isolated because if of it.  However my light friends remind me of all the love an interconnectedness every night. I see and feel their energies at all times.  its heavy and light, Chat> please DM me !
