When I'm still in the morning and have my time, or moments during the day, thoughts and loops of which I Im aware pop up, along with feelings, etc. Some I know well. Others are new. When the old ones pop up, I observe, smile (as if Im on a park bench in a park) I place them in the stream and let them float away in my mind. Ah, the sudden feelings! They're different! I ask myself without judgment, " What is my motivation for this thought, feeling? No matter what the answer, be authentic, without self-judgment. Face the fear, the ego, the judgments. They are me! Why? Your answer and awareness dissolve their power. A form of metacognition.

This is wonderful!

I know we all have the ability to overcome our negative beliefs, thoughts, etc. HOWEVER, just because we are AWARE, helps, but the loops still rise up. Ways to break the loops comes to mind.

When I first started meditating, I always used Dispenza, guided meditations. After it was part of my daily morning practice, The gratitude and guided meditations became less needed. Sometimes, even now, when I might be not calm or coherent, I'll still use them. It became fun to me to do my own. I still use soffregio frequencies and entrainment meditations when I sleep. I have a lullaband I got on Amazon. The quiet, stillness, nature helps to get me going.

Love this! Thank you. In the stillness is when Source speaks loudest. Not with words, but rather through a calm nervous system, gratitude, coherence. It will happen when its supposed to happen.

Whatever is happening out there, yes—stay aware. But don’t let fear take up residence in here.

The first work is always internal: regulate the body, slow the breath, notice our own reactions and mirrors.

This is a roller-coaster ride, but presence and coherence are the seat belt.

When we stay grounded, we don’t add to the chaos—we help stabilize it.
