A process and you guys make each day better!

Seeing myself and FEELING THE EMOTION as a published author, speaker, out of debt and financially secure helps me daily to be grateful, focus, and take action. Kicks the negative self talk's ass!😅

I don't comprehend all there is to know about timeliness shifts and dimensions, so I keep it simple. Since everything is energy, frequency, and vibration, if each of us work on raising our own vibes daily the collective rise in vibration can change past predictions. We have NOW. Let it go and work on being the best we can be. The future will take care of itself.

Each day begins/endswith GRATITUDE, prayer, & meditation. Focus intentions with affirmations and FEEL the emotion. Then take action. Silence in nature. Living through the questions without fear. And of course, nonjudgment not demanding my opinions are the truth. Christ like unconditional love. The only thing ever on my tv is sound and light higher frequencies.

A vivid dream one night. O was talking to those already passed on. Friends and relatives. I knew them. Some may refer to them as spirit guides. I asked them to help me see any blocks or self talk thats holding me back from being, as Jason says, The best me I can be."

The next day, unplanned, O found myself wanting to do something I thought was far in my past. Thankfully I remembered my dream the night before and avoided making a choice that O knew was not a good one. Afterward I smiled to myself and expressed my gratitude for the message. You see, the deep seeded belief that I need something or some one outside of me to validate my self worth still needed work. Once fully aware I know how to let this part of my my past float on down the brook of life lessons.

Joe Dispenze, Corey Goode, David Wilcock, more of Bashar, Simon Parkes, Other TLS figures like Ray, Kerri Cassidy, Ishmael Perez, Joe Dispenza. I would like to hear more from figures of other spiritual venues, like Darshan Amit Sankar, author of SUPERCONSCIOUS STATE FAST, Eckert Tolle. I would also find it interesting to have some sort of grass roots folk podcast that travels to perhaps various TLS System centers and interviews Unifyd or center members asking questions about issues and getting the peoples opinions. Not the professionals. Example.: Divisiveness and how to bridge this on personal levels.
