I would love to buy those products without the seed oils and “natural flavors”. Those companies will get lots of new health-conscious customers when those come into the marketplace.

This is the first time I have posted here. I have been so engaged with other sites that I did not even know this part existed. Facebook used to take up most of my online time but then I stsrted getting more engaged on X. I just started a 3-day water fast last night and have already felt a shift. I would like to know how to navigate this site better. Any suggestions for how best to proceed here?
