Nikilauni Simon Thank you so much for your kind response 🤍 I would love to share some of the things I have done (and continue to do) to heal and move forward in my journey. The beginning was the most difficult, it was really hard to face all of the negative beliefs I carried about myself. There is a really good meditation on healing childhood trauma, this was an emotional painful experience, but it freed me from things I didn’t even know were effecting my life. I also began going to therapy to help process all of the emotions that were coming up. During this period of time I realized that my career was not fulfilling me on a deep level, so I decided to go back to school! The school I attend is consciousness based and has AMAZING knowledge on the depth of our consciousness and how it is the foundation for all of our experiences. When I started school learned Transcendental Meditation. I believe this was the easiest and most important part of my healing process. It opens your mind up to an entire new way of thinking and living. I practice twice a day, morning and afternoon. This has helped connect me with natural law and led me on a wild ride of self discovery. I’m not sure if any of this is useful or not but I hope more than anything that it helps. 🤍 I’m always here if you need someone to talk to. I hope you have an amazing rest of your week.
