If I recall correctly, regarding cigarettes, Dr Ardis said the nicotine isn’t addictive, but there are chemicals added to it that create the addiction and cause cancer. Not sure about the patches, but I would imagine they have small doses of something to alleviate the addiction. Just a guess though.

Lynn is right - if you go to the main screen of the app, in the bottom right corner, you will see an icon for your account. When you open it and scroll down, you will see notification settings, and there you can adjust .

In your phone settings, there should be a way to disable notifications for the unifyd app, which would stop all notifications for unifyd. I’m not sure if there is a way to stop them for this thread in particular .
