To prepare , before you go to sleep, think about pure white light of God’s love , like the light of the sun, completely filling you and surrounding you and protecting you, and healing you of anything that is not of use to you. I’m not sure if you’re asleep yet, so maybe we can do it tomorrow night?

I think it’s a good time to recap because there is news about a new type of pneumonia currently spreading in China, killing children. I imagine there will be a vax for that too … this is a good reminder for what comes next
