The CIA was involved in MKUltra, they have been operating in Ukraine for over 50 years (Putin exposed the child trafficking and bio-weapon labs there), and they have been involved in removing world leaders and replacing them with puppet leaders they could control. The Hawaii fires were deliberately set using Directed Energy Weapons in order to usher in Smart Cities and to create a Smart Island.
