The CIA was involved in MKUltra, they have been operating in Ukraine for over 50 years (Putin exposed the child trafficking and bio-weapon labs there), and they have been involved in removing world leaders and replacing them with puppet leaders they could control. During MKUltra they raped many girls and women.
