The candidates for both parties have to be certified and the Democrats hasn't certified anyone yet and never do until after convention. So if something was to change after the convention on whichever canidate the certify as there canidate(likely Harris) than the ballots would be in question.

That can't be true because no one is official for main election until after there convention and Democrats hasn't had there convention yet.

That is not even taking in the account of all the land that China has purchased in Canada from my understanding it's more than is even in the USA.
