12 units are 40K higher than 4 and 20K more expensive than 8. I believe that it makes sense but the rule of minimum 12 units doesn’t!

Does anyone know why the minimum to open a EESystem Centre is 12 when in the past some Centres opened with 4 or 8?
I want to open the 1st one in Portugal and Unify doesn’t allow it with less than 12 units!!
Wasn’t the goal to spread this amazing technology around the world and benefit the ones in need?
Why can’t I start with 4 or 8 units and then expand?
Is it only designed for some Elite is financial wealth?
This doesn’t seem right to me … it is very desappointing 😞!
I would love to understand that philosophy! Where that come from? I just want to provide the scalar healing to anyone who’s suffering with physical, mental or emotional struggles !
Does 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 really matters when the intention is to honour the equal rights??
